Philadelphia — Hope for Ukrainian Independence was expressed in a telegram to President Franklin D. Roosevelt from delegates of the sixth congress of the Ukrainian American Orthodox Church, held over the holiday week-end at the Cathedral of St. Vladimir. The session was attended by the Rev Vladimir Bukata, pastor of the Ukrainian Church of the Holy Ascension, of Passaic.
