The internal dissension in the Ukrainian American Democratic club, which led to a charge of larceny being made against one of the members for the alleged theft of the organization's charter, prompted counselor Charles Rubenstein, attorney for the faction that claims to be in control of the clubs affairs, to write the Bayonne Times to correct what he declares were mis-statements of facts in the article published in Tuesday's edition concerning the association's difficulties.
