Step into a festive celebration of Ukrainian heritage with nine uniquely decorated Christmas trees and seasonal treasures from the UHEC collection. Highlights include the ever-popular Spider Tree adorned with intricate hand-made pavuky (spiders), beatifully crafted trees inspired by Ukrainian embroidery and straw art, and the newest patriotic “Peace in Ukraine” tree. Together, they showcase the symbolism, creativity, and regional diversity of Ukrainian holiday traditions. Complementing the trees are exquisite ceramics by Slava Gerulak and Olena Kozak, as well as historical recordings of Ukrainian Christmas music from the 1910s and 1920s from the Stepan Maksymjuk collection.
