Tomorrow is Palm Sunday in the Ukrainian churches throughout the world and it is an especially gladsome Day for the congregation of St Mary’s Ukrainian Church in South plainfield. a new church bell will be consecrated at Holy Mass at 10:15 a. m. Dedication and consecration of the 950-pound bell will be administered by the Rev. Joseph D. Yaletchko, pastor. The bell will be dedicated in the name “Wasyl” and the blessing which will be pronounced has been extended to the service by the Rt. Rev. Bishop Bohdan of New York, bishop of the Ukrainian Church in North and South Americas.
